颅脑128排螺旋CTA与高场强MRA效果比较

Effect Comparison of 128 Slice Spiral CTA and High Field MRA

目的探讨128排螺旋CTA、高场强MRA在脑血管疾病中的诊断效果比较。方法选取在2012年4月—2014年5月期间在该院经DSA确诊的脑血管疾病患者共102例,均分别行CTA、MRA检查。结果以DSA检查为基准,CTA法和MRI在巨大动脉瘤、大型动脉瘤、中型动脉瘤的诊断结果差异无统计学意义(>0.05),而CTA在小型动脉瘤的诊断结果显著地高于MRI法(<0.05)。以DSA检查为基准,CTA法和MRI在颅内血管闭塞、严重狭窄、中度狭窄的诊断结果差异无统计学意义(>0.05),而CTA在轻度狭窄的诊断结果显著地高于MRI法(<0.05)。结论 CTA法、MRA法在脑血管疾病中均能获得满意的诊断效果,但CTA法在小型动脉瘤、动脉轻度狭窄方面的敏感度更高。

Objective Tocompare diagnosis result of the 128 slice spiral CTA and high field MRA in cerebrovascular diseases. Methods 102 cases of cerebrovascular disease diagnosed by DSA in our hospital were selected, and given respectively for CTA, MRA. Results Of CTA and MRI in giant aneurysms, large aneurysm, medium aneurysm,intracranial vascular occlusion, stenosis, and moderate stenosis had no statistical difference （ 〉0.05）, and results of CTA in small aneurysms and mild stenosis was significantly higher than that of MRI （ 〈0.05）.Conclusion The diagnostic effect of CTA method and MRA method both can gain satisfactory diagnosis result in cerebrovascular diseases, but the CTA method in the small aneurysm and mild stenosis are more sensitive.
