老年人群中血压变异性与肾功能损害的相关性研究

Study on the Correlation Between Blood Pressure Variability and Renal Function Impairment in the Elderly

目的：探讨老年人群中血压变异性与肾功能损害的相关性。方法选取该院确诊并接受治疗的老年高血压患者72例,按照血压变异值从高到低排列,将血压值较高的前37例患者编为A组,经检验A组患者血压范围为118~143 mmHg,将血压值较低的后35例患者编为B组,经检验B组患者血压范围为90~118 mmHg。对两组患者进行24 h动态血压监测和肾功能监测,比较分析两组患者血压差异性与肾功能损害的关系。结果 A组患者血清胱抑素C含量明显高于B组患者（P〈0.05）,A组患者24 h尿微量清蛋白含量明显高于B组（P〈0.05）。结论在老年人群中,血压变异性与肾功能损害有密切相关性。

[Abstrac]Objective To explore the correlation between blood pressure variability and renal function impairment in the elderly. Methods 72 elderly patients with hypertension were selected in our hospital diagnosed and treated patients, according to the variation of blood pressure values are arranged from high to low blood pressure, the higher values of the first 37 patients as A group, By testing A group of patients with blood pressure range was from 118 to 143 mmHg,the blood pressure values were lower after 35 patients for group B. Inspection group B patients blood pressure range was 90 to 118 mmHg,Monitoring of blood pressure and renal function of 24 h dynamic monitoring of patients in the two groups, comparison and analysis of the relationship between the two groups of patients with blood pressure difference and renal function damage. Results Group A patients serum cystatin C was significantly higher than that of patients in group B （P〈0.05）, micro albumin urine of patients in group A 24 h was significantly higher than that of group B （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the elderly population, there is a close relationship between blood pressure variability and renal function damage.
