探讨静吸复合全麻与靶控输注对老年高血压患者麻醉深度的影响

To Explore the Static Absorption Compound Anesthesia With Target Control Infusion to the Influence of Depth of Anesthesia in Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的探讨静吸复合全麻与靶控输注对老年高血压患者麻醉深度的影响。方法将随机选取的35例行人工髋关节置换术采用靶控输注静脉麻醉患者作为观察组,将另外35例采用芬太尼静吸复合全麻患者作为对照组,对两组患者的麻醉效果进行分析与比较。结果在手术后1、3、6 h对照组35例患者的心率分别为(82.33±11.01)次/min、(82.84±11.6.53)次/min、(85.36±11.32)次/min,与实施麻醉前(147.23±19.34)mmHg相比显著降低(P<0.05);观察组离室时间与定向力恢复时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年高血压行髋关节置换术患者应用丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼靶控输注静脉麻醉,可以取得更好的临床效果,能够实现对患者心率及血压的有效控制,值得推广。

Objective to evaluate the static absorption of the compound anesthesia with target control infusion on the depth of anesthesia in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 35 hip arthroplasty target controlled infusion intravenous anesthesia patients as observation, 35 cases with fentanyl static absorption compound anesthesia control group, the anesthesia effect compared.Results after surgery, 1 h, 3 h, 6 h control group 35 cases of patients with heart rate respectively （82.33±11.01） times/min, （82.84±11.6.53） times/min, （85.36±11.32） times/min, and implement before anesthesia （147.23±19.34）mmHg compared reduced （P〈0.05）. Conclusion for elderly patients with hypertension line hip replacement application of propofol compound fentanyl target controlled infusion intravenous anesthesia, can control to the patient’s heart rate and blood pressure, is worth promoting.
