右美托咪啶在ICU镇静作用的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Dexmedetomidine Sedation in the ICU

目的分析右美托咪啶在ICU镇静作用方面的临床效果。方法选取该院2012年6月-2013年6月收治的在ICU进行治疗的72例患者,随机分为两组,各36例,对照组采用咪达唑仑治疗,研究组采用右美托咪啶治疗,对两组镇静作用及临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果治疗后,研究组的镇静效率为80.33%,对照组为63.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的NRS评分为1.65,对照组为3.65;研究组静推芬太尼次数为1.20,对照组为2.26两组各项指标相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用右美托咪啶镇痛、镇静效果显著,血流动力稳定,具有较高的临床推广价值。

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of dexmedetomidine in ICU sedation.MethodsSeventy-two cases of patients from 2012 June to 2013 June were selected in our hospital and the control group used midazolam treatment,the study group were treated with dexmedetomidine treated, the clinical data and sedative effects of two groups were retrospectively analyzed.Results After treatment,sedation efficiency of research group was 80.73%,control group was 61.51%;NRS score of study group was 1.65,control group was 3.65.The study group was 1.20 times of intravenous fentanyl, the control group was 2.26 the indicators of the two groups were compared with statistical significance difference （P〈0.05）.ConclusionFor patients with ICU,the use of dexmedetomidine analgesic, sedative effect was remarkable,hemodynamic was stability, clinical value was high.
