依帕司他对早期糖尿病肾病肾小管功能的影响初探 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨依帕司他对早期糖尿病肾病肾小管功能的作用。方法选取该院于2013年3月—2014年3月收治的糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期患者86例,随机分成两组:治疗组(43例)和对照组(43例),治疗组在严格控制血糖的基础上加用依帕司他治疗,对照组在严格血糖基础上加用安慰剂治疗。分别治疗6个月后,测定尿α_1-微球蛋白(α_1-MG)、β_2-球蛋白(β_2-MG)、视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)。结果应用依帕司他治疗组肾小管相关指标较对照组均有更明显的好转。结论依帕司他对早期糖尿病肾病肾小管功能损伤有一定的治疗作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of epalrestat on function of renal tubule in early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 86 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy stage select the hospital from 2013 march to 2014 march were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (43 cases) and control group (43 cases), the treatment group based on the strict control of blood glucose plus epalrestat treatment, control group in strict glucose plus placebo treatment. In June after the treatment respectively, the determination of urinary α1- microglobulin (α1-MG), β2- globulin (β2-MG), retinol binding protein (RBP).Results Using epalrestat treatment related indexes of renal tubular compared with the control group showed greater improvement.Conclusion Epalrestat has certain therapeutic effects on renal function injury in early stage of diabetic nephropa.
