中医护理干预对变应性鼻炎患者生活质量的影响

Effect of TCM Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Life of Patients with Allergic Rhinitis

目的探讨中医护理干预对变应性鼻炎患者生活质量的影响。方法整群选取该院2013年1月—2014年1月收治的变应性鼻炎患者71例作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。按照护理方式的不同将患者分为两组,对照组35例采用常规护理,观察组36例采用中医护理干预,对比两组生活质量的改善情况。结果两组患者生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、健康、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康干预前对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组均显著优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对变应性鼻炎患者采取中医护理干预临床疗效明显,可显著改善患者生活质量,有临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of TCM nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 71 cases with allergic rhinitis admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014. And the patients were divided into two groups in accordance with the different nursing model used in the groups. 35 cases in the control group were given the conventional nursing, while 36 cases in the observation group were given TCM nursing intervention. And the improvement in quality of life was compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention, the differences in physiological capability and function, body pain, health, energy, social function, emotional function and mental health between the two groups were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. After intervention, the above indicators in the observation group were much better than those in the control group with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients with allergic rhinitis, TCM nursing intervention has obvious clinical curative effect, which can significantly improve the quality of life with the value of clinical promotion.
