根据多年来对JJG 539-97《数字指示秤》检定规程实施中发生的影响情况和对各种杂志发表的文章进行认真学习和思考,发现该规程本身存在一些缺陷,亟需在规程修订时予以关注。
According to JJG 539-97 in the implementation of the digital indicator scale verification regulation of impact, and of all kinds of articles published in the learning and thinking, and found that the procedure itself has some defects, need to pay attention when code revision.
