台湾原住民图腾具有很高的艺术审美趣味和文化象征性。图腾应用于艺术作品中所呈现出的美感价值和所象征的文化意涵,如何能在现代设计中使文化传统在创作中提升。文章分别对百步蛇图腾和人像图腾的图饰语言做了详细论述,分析了百步蛇图腾在金饰设计中的应用和人像图腾在木艺设计中的应用,展现了设计师如何使图腾结合材质、工艺、技术进行创新设计。以期为同行在民族艺术和文化的传承与创新设计方面提供参考和借鉴。

Taiwan aboriginal totem have very high art aesthetic taste and cultural symbolic. Totem presented aesthetic value and cultural significance that is applied to works of art, how to make cultural traditions to improve in the artistic creation in the modern design. This paper have a detailed discussion on pattern language respectively on Hundred Pace Snakes and Portrait Totem, analyzes the applications of Hundred Pace Snakes Totem in metal ornament design and of Portrait Totem in wood art design, show the designer how to use the totem to innovate design combination of materials, crafts, technology. It will give a valuable reference for colleagues in the national art and cultural inheriting and innovation design.
