Damon自锁矫治器远移尖牙对龈沟液白介素-1β及前列腺素E_2表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :比较Damon Q自锁托槽与传统托槽远移尖牙过程中龈沟液中白介素-1β(IL-1β)及前列腺素E2(PGE2)表达变化,探讨自锁托槽移动牙齿对牙周组织的影响。方法:选取需拔除上颌双侧第一双尖牙的恒牙列患者15例,年龄11~13岁。患者上颌一侧尖牙粘结自锁托槽,对侧尖牙粘结传统直丝弓MBT托槽,牙列排齐整平后,镍钛螺簧以100 g牵引力远移尖牙,在加力前、加力后1、24、72 h及1、2、3、4周分别提取上颌尖牙颊侧龈沟液,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测龈沟液中IL-1β及PGE2含量。结果:正畸加力24 h后,自锁托槽组尖牙龈沟液中IL-1β含量明显升高,并在加力后72 h,其含量显著高于传统直丝弓托槽组,随后逐渐下降,在加力第4周,两者仍存在显著性差异;龈沟液中PGE2含量在加力后逐渐升高,在72 h自锁托槽组与普通托槽组有显著差异,并在第4周仍显著高于普通托槽组。结论:Damon Q自锁托槽与传统直丝弓托槽远移尖牙过程中,龈沟液IL-1β及PGE2含量变化存在差异,自锁托槽产生的生物学效应较强而持久。 Objective:To investigate changes of intedukin- 1β (IL- 1β) and prostaglandin E2(PGE2) levels in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) during distal movement of canines with Damon Q self-ligating brackets and traditional brackets, and to investigate the effect of Damon Q self-ligating brackets on the perlodontium. Methods: Fifteen patients,aged 11-13 years and treated with maxillary first premolar extractions,participated in this study. The upper canines were bonded with self-ligating bracket and conventional MBT bracket,respectively. After leveling dentition, the upper canines were retracted with continuous forces of 100 g using nickel-titanium coil springs on 0.018 stainless steel archwire. GCF was collected from the distal site of each canine before activation and at 1 h, 24 h, 72 h, 1 w,2 w,3 w and 4 w after initiation of the experiment. IL- 1β and PGE2 concentrations were determined by enzyme-linked immunoadsordent assay(ELISA). Results:After 24 h of activation,the IL- 1β in GCF of the self-ligating bracket group was significantly increased. At the self-ligating bracket group,the IL- 1β3 and PGE2 levels in GCF were significantly higher than those of the traditional bracket group from the 72 h after the activation,and there were still significant differences at 4 w after activation. Conclusion:There were differences of IL- 1β and PGE2 levels in GCF during distal movement of canines with Damon Q self-ligating brackets and traditional MBT brackets. Higher and more permanent biological effects were detected in the self-ligating group.
