简述了国内外大米镉污染现状,通过分析国内外大米镉的限量标准及标准存在的问题,从标准层面提出了解决大米镉超标的建议,对大米标准的制修订及其实施、人们科学理性认识大米镉、政府解决大米镉问题,维护社会稳定和国内经济发展等方面有积极作用。

The pollution status and harm of cadmium in rice were summarized by means of analyzing the international and domestic limit standards of cadmium in rice and the existing problems of these standards. From the view of the standards, the suggestions of how to resolve the problem of cadmium exceeding standards in rice were put forward for improving the establishment, modification and implementation of the stand- ards about cadmium maximum limit of rice, helping people understand the cadmium in rice scientifically and rationally, as well as assisting gov- eminent in solving the problem of cadmium exceeding standards in rice so as to maintain social stability and domestic economy.
