番木瓜黄色素的初步定性和提取工艺优化 被引量:4

摘要 以番木瓜为材料,通过研究不同溶剂对番木瓜色素的提取效果、不同p H值色素颜色的变化以及色素的最大吸光波长,对番木瓜色素进行初步定性;以色素溶液的吸光度为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,利用二次通用旋转试验设计,对番木瓜色素提取的工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明:番木瓜黄色素初步定性为类胡萝卜素,最佳提取条件为:液料比为15∶1、提取温度为50℃、提取时间为60min。 The qualities and extraction technology of yellow pigment in Carica Papay were studied. The qualitative informations were ob- tained through solubility in different solvent, colors in different pH and the absorptions maximum. Various factors affecting the extraction of the yellow pigment were inw:stigated including extraction times, extraction time, ratio of material to liquor and extraction temperature. Using the absorbance as indicator, the optimal extraction conditions were investigated by the quadratic general rotary design based on single-factor experiments results. Results showed the yellow pigment was carotenoid, the optimum extraction conditions were ratio of liquor to material 15:1, extraction temperature 50℃, and extraction time 60 min.
