摘要
灌浆料具有自流性好,早凝、早强、无收缩、微膨胀等诸多优点,然而在高温环境下自流性受到温度影响,流淌面迅速凝结,空气滞留于结构内部,形成空鼓最终受压开裂,难以保证工程质量。结合延长石油科研中心工程柱脚灌浆施工过程,温控、改变工艺等措施,改善灌浆料流动性以及整个浇筑过程连贯性。最终提高柱脚灌浆质量。
Grouting material has many advantages, such as good gravity flow, fast hard, early strength, no shrinkage and micro expansion, etc. However due to temperature changes in gravity flow under the environment of high temperature, flowing surface rapid condensation, air trapped in the internal structure which forming hollowing and finally compressed to crack, so it is difficult to guarantee the quality of the project. However, with the measures of Yanchang Petroleum Headquarters Tower in construction process, controlling the temperature, using gravity and changing the process etc. to improve the grouting material flow and the whole construction process of coherence. Finally, the quality of column foot grouting is improved.
