贵阳国际金融中心绿色施工技术

Green Construction Technology of Guiyang International Financial Centre

绿色施工是可持续发展战略在工程施工方面的主要体现,是可持续建筑工业的重要组成,是当前我国建筑业发展的方向,是一种对环境保护要求更高的新施工模式。依托贵阳国际金融中心实施住房和城乡建设部绿色施工科技示范工程,总结了本项目所采用的绿色施工技术及取得的成效,并在此基础上提炼工程实施过程中在新技术应用、绿色施工控制、绿色管理理念等方面的思路、方法,以期对绿色施工的发展、规划及实施给出一些建议。

Green construction is the main embodiment of sustainable development strategic in building construction, is the important component of sustainable building industry, is the direction of the current development of China＇ s construction industry, and is a higher environmental requirement for new construction mode. This paper relies on the implementation of Guiyang International Financial Center as the green construction technical demonstration project to summarize the effectiveness of green constructio~ techniques used in this project. Moreover, the authors epurate some methods of new technique, green construction control and green construction management to give some advices for development, plan and implementation.
