摘要 为了解决自密实轻骨料混凝土配合比设计方法复杂的问题,提高配合比设计效率,提出了以自密实砂浆为基础的配合比设计方法。按照砂浆组成材料体积累加的原则,用全计算配合比方法配制出工作性能良好的自密实砂浆,采用粗骨料空隙超量取代法在砂浆中加入轻骨料,确定自密实轻骨料混凝土的配合比。试验结果表明,该方法得到的自密实轻骨料混凝土工作性能良好,满足自密实混凝土工作性能要求,提高了配合比设计效率。 The mixing proportion design method of self-compacting lightweight concrete (SCLC) is relatively complex in common. In order to increase the efficiency of design procedure, a new method is proposed based on the workability of self-compacting mortar. According to the principle of volume accumulation of the composition materials of mortar and all-calculation method, a kind of self-compacting mortar with good workability has been achieved. Lightweight aggregates were added into the designed mortar on the basis of the void of the aggregates excessive replaced by the mortar. Mixing proportion of SCLC is then obtained through this way. The test result shows that the SCLC designed by this method has good workability which can satisfy the requirement of self-compacting concrete. The mixture design efficiency of SCLC is greatly improved by this method.
