氨基酸叶面肥对草莓产量和品质的影响

Effects of Amino-acid Foliar Fertilizer on Yield and Quality of Strawberry(Fragaria ananassa)

研究不同浓度氨基酸叶面肥和不同喷施次数对草莓(Fragaria ananassa)产量和品质的影响。氨基酸叶面肥分别稀释1 000倍、1 500倍和2 000倍,喷施次数为1次和2次,在草莓果实膨果期喷施,对照为清水。结果表明,氨基酸叶面肥能显著提高草莓的品质和产量,其中稀释1 000倍,喷施次数为2次效果最好,与对照相比可溶性固含物增加了56.37%,糖酸比提高了87.08%,维生素C含量提高了13.36%,平均单果重增加了23.37%。建议生产上喷施氨基酸叶面肥稀释1 000倍,喷施次数2次。

The effects of amino acids foliar fertilizer with different concentration and sprayed times on yield and quality of strawberry was studied. The foliar fertilizer was diluted into 1000, 1500 and 2000 times and were sprayed once and twice on strawberry at stage of fruit expanding. Demonized water treatment was used as the control （CK）. The results showed amino acid foliar fertilizer increased the yield and quality of strawberry. The effect of T2 treatment was the best. It increased the fruit soluble solids by 56.37%, fruit sugar acid ratio by 87.08%, vitamin C by 13.36%, the average single fruit weight by 23.37%. It is recommended that amino acid foliar fertilizer was diluted into 1000 times and sprayed twice in practiee.
