摘要
通过对驴(Equus asinus)GH基因序列进行生物信息学分析,结果表明,驴GH基因共包含5个外显子和4个内含子。5个外显子连接形成651 nt的CDS区序列,整个CDS区翻译出216个氨基酸构成的多肽。驴GH基因编码的216个氨基酸中,大多数氨基酸为亲水性氨基酸。原始肽链的前20多个氨基酸序列出现一个典型的疏水峰,为该原始肽链的信号肽片段。驴的GH基因中的氨基酸以亮氨酸所占的比例最高(13.89%,共出现30次),其次为丙氨酸(10.19%,共出现22次),最低的为色氨酸(0.93%,共出现2次)。驴生长激素的编码存在明显的密码子使用偏好。
The GH sequence of donkey (Equus asinus) was analysed with bioinformatics. The results showed that the GH sequence of donkey had 5 exous and 4 introns. CDS region of 651 nt was formed when the 5 cxons were connected together. Original peptide chain was composed of 216 amino acids, translated from the whole CDS region sequence. Most of 216 amino acids encoded were hydrophilic. A typical hydrophobic peak appeared in the leading 20 more amino acids sequence of the original peptide chain. It was considered as a signal peptide fragment after analysis. Among the amino acids of donkey GH, Leucine (13.89%,appearing 30 times had the highest proportion), followed by alanine (10.19%, appearing 22 times), and tryptophan(0.93%, appearing a total of 2 times). The encoding of growth hormone in donkey had obvious codon usage bias.
