摘要
针对白酒企业库区生产过程中输酒管道内残留余酒处理困难的问题,对库区的罐区布局和工艺管道进行了特殊设计,应用循环介质和三步清理理念,结合自动控制技术,设计出酒厂库区白酒无损输送系统,解决了白酒输送过程中由于管道余酒处理不当产生的"交叉污染",实现了白酒库区内各类型酒的全量无损输送。
In order to solve the problem of residual liquor in pipelines of distillery warehouses, we designed special tank layout and pipes, with circulating medium and the idea of clean up in three steps. Combined with automatic control technology, we designed a lossless conveying sys-tem for distillery warehouses. Such system can solve the problem of cross-contamination caused by residual liquor in pipelines, and can achieve lossless transport of all kinds of liquor.
