摘要 综合运用t-检验分析、置信区间法、方差分析、主成分分析法、灰色关联分析等统计方法对葡萄酒质量评价问题中的品酒员品评结果可信度以及酿酒葡萄芳香物质和葡萄酒理化指标与葡萄酒成品质量之间关系及其质量分级等问题进行了分析研究。利用实际数据检验了多元统计方法在葡萄酒质量评价中的有效性,为葡萄酒品酒员的素质检验、酿酒葡萄的选取、葡萄酒质量评价及其等级区分提供了新的思路。 The methods of t-test analysis, confidence interval analysis,variance analysis, grey relational analysis, and principal component anal-ysis were used to analyze the problems in quality evaluation of grape wine including the credibility of wine judges' evaluation results, the rela-tions between grape aromatic components/grape wine physiochemical indicators and grape wine quality, and wine quality grading etc. In addi-tion, the obtained data were used to verify the effectiveness of multiple statistics analysis methods in wine quality evaluation. This study provid-ed a new thought in wine judge appraisal, grape selection, wine quality evaluation, and wine quality grades classification.
