摘要 文章从胜任力概念入手,论证了高校教师胜任力研究必然采取专业化的概念取向。高校教师作为一种职业满足了专业化特征全部要求,同时,提升高校教师的专业化水平是整个社会发展的要求。文章通过分析专业化进程的三个阶段,最终提出以个人主动的专业化发展作为高校教师专业化胜任力概念的构成标准,并以此倡导高校教师胜任力研究应该选择的专业化进路。 This article had accounted the means of concept of competence, and thus argued a professional approach on exploration of competence of college teachers. As an occupation, college teacher should have satisfied the full need of its professional property, and at the same time, to improve college teachers' professional performance level had became an urgent demand coming from the development of whole society. After having analyzed three stages of professional process, the article suggested that personal positive growth towards professional process should be regarded as formational disciplines of the concept of college teachers' professional competence, and thus proposed a professional approach of that of the research of college teachers' competence.
