摘要
为了探析组织承诺对高校教师工作倦怠与工作满意度的影响,选取505名高校教师进行问卷测查,结果发现:高校教师组织承诺水平处于中等偏上,交换承诺得分最低;组织承诺存在性别、教龄、职称、学历差异,应重点关注男性、教龄6~10年、高职称、高学历的教师群体;组织承诺各维度与工作倦怠各因子呈显著性负相关,与工作满意度呈显著性正相关,且进入对工作倦怠及工作满意度的回归方程。
A questionnaire has been made among 505 college and university teachers to of organizational commitment on job burnout and job satisfaction. The findings indicate explore the effect that the organiza- tional commitment of college and university teachers is above average and scoring of exchange commitment is the lowest. The organizational commitment differentiates in the dimensions of sex, teaching age, title and education background, and the focus of attention shall be the groups of the male,six to ten years' teaching experience, high titles and high education degree. Each dimension of organizational commitment, is typically correlated with each factor of job burnout in a negative way but correlated with job satisfaction in a positive way, which also enter the regressive equation of the latter two.
