过热蒸汽对流加热油页岩产气规律研究 被引量:5

摘要 利用自行研制的对流加热原位开采模拟实验台对新疆油页岩进行热解模拟实验,研究不同温度过热蒸汽作用下油页岩的产气规律,并从理论上进行了分析研究。结果表明:过热蒸汽对流加热油页岩热解过程大致分为三个阶段,第一阶段是碳酸盐的水解和热解,同时伴随着少量沥青质的热解,这个过程中主要产生CO2和少量有机气体;第二阶段以油页岩的热解为主并伴随着少量的水煤气反应,这个过程产生大量的有机产物;最后阶段是热解完成后油页岩中残炭的水煤气反应,产物主要为大量的H2和CO。本研究成果将为规模化过热蒸汽原位开采油页岩技术应用提供理论依据和技术参数,也将为油页岩原位开采的干馏气体的处理和回收提供帮助。 Self-developed simulation experimental platform for convection heating in situ exploitation was used in pyrolysis experiment on oil shale in Xinjiang.Gas production rule of the oil shale was studied under superheated steam at different temperatures.The experimental results show that the pyrolysis process of the oil shale can be divided into three stages:the first stage includes hydrolysis and pyrolysis of carbonates and a small quantity of bituminous pyrolysis,with the main products of CO2 and a little organic gas;the second stage is the oil shale pyrolysis-based along with some water-gas reactions,with abundant organic products;in the last stage,it is mainly the water-gas reaction of carbon residue after the pyrolysis,which produces plenty of H2 and CO.This experiment could provide a theoretical basis and technical parameters for large scale exploitation of the oil shale with superheated steam technology and some help for dry distillation process and gas recovery in situ exploration of oil shale.
