血泪的诊断及鉴别诊断研究进展被引量：1

摘要血泪是指眼流出血性泪液的症状，临床并不少见。大部分患者表现为泪中带血，极少数患者表现为流鲜血。病因有多种，不同病因导致的血泪症状各有不同。根据血泪的性状及特点，结合部分特殊检查，即能够得出大多数血泪的病因诊断。近年来，有关血泪的病例报道逐渐增多，已引起业内广泛关注。
