摘要 江汉石油钻头股份有限公司为了使新开发的JHX5255TJC型洗井车彻底解决目前洗井车滤料不能清洗干净,水质难以达到注水井洗井要求以及工人劳动强度大等问题,对该型洗井车反洗系统进行了改进设计,主要包括流程优化、结构优化设计,将搅拌机构由电机驱动改为液压驱动等。现场应用结果表明,改进后的洗井车反洗系统完全适应国内各油田洗井车滤料快速反洗要求,提高反洗效率,增强洗井车在现场的适应性。 Improved design is made for baekflushing system of newly developed JHX5255TJC washing truck aiming at present washing trucks which are unable to clean up filter materials and hard to ensure water quality for water--in- jected well flushing and release the operators from labor strength. It contains process optimization, structural optimal design and replacement of motor drive by hydraulic drive for mixing mechanism. The improved backflushing system is proved adapted to each domestic oilfield in rapid backflushing of filter materials and efficient in back flushing.
