摘要
随着老油田的持续开采,生产的原油含水量不断上升,对油、水、气的分离技术要求越来越高,采用的工艺也较复杂。为此,开展了利用自动控制系统处理油、气、水分离过程的探讨。从介绍原油处理过程、工作参数、油水分离及油气分离原理入手,对油、气、水自动控制分离装置的组成、功能和原理进行了阐述,并以油、气分离装置为例对工作介质要求、自动调节过程等进行了说明,论证了自动控制系统在原油处理过程中的应用价值。
Continuously rising of water content of crude oil in maturing oilfield asks for higher isolation technology of oil, water and gas and more complex processing. This paper, accordingly, explores how to apply automatic control system to isolation processing of oil, water and gas. Starting with the introduction of crude oil processing and its working parameters and the principle of oil--water separation and oil--gas separation, this paper explains the auto- matic oil--gas--water separating unit in terms of its components, functions and principles, followed by the illustra- tion of its working medium and self regulating process. The application value of the automatic control system in crude oil processing is also demonstrated.
