文章论述了襄阳市各级公共图书馆在创建国家公共文化服务体系示范区建设中,以科学发展观为指导,按照"公益性、基本性、均等性、便利性"的原则,创新服务,改善服务环境、加强文献资源建设和拓宽服务领域,积极推进公共文化服务体系建设。

This paper discusses the construction of national public cultural service system demonstration area with the Scientific Outlook on Development as a guide, in accordance with the principle ＂public welfare, essemtiality, equality and convenience＂ and innovates services, improves service environment, strengthens the construction of literature resources and expands the service areas, actively promoting the construction of public cultural service system.
