高职院校“厂中校”建设路径探析——以襄阳职业技术学院物流管理专业为例

Construction Path of Factories in Higher Vocational Colleges

"厂中校"建设是经济建设与时代发展的要求,是高职改革与人才培养的需要,也是严峻就业环境倒逼的产物。文章在探索与实践的基础上对高职经管类专业"厂中校"建设的路径进行了总结。校企双方建设"厂中校"的目标存在错位,现场教学的组织与企业正常运转的要求存在矛盾,企业岗位工作要求与课程教学要求脱节,经济管理类专业的特殊性难以兼顾。建设好"厂中校"需要进一步完善运行机制,校企合作系统设计人才培养方案,加强教学质量监控与学生的考核。

＂Factories in .colleges＂ construction is the requirement of economic construction and the development of the times, as well as the need of higher vocational reform and personnel training and the product of severe employment situation. This paper analyses the path construction of ＂factories in colleges＂ of vocational economic management speciality based on exploration and practice. There are different targets and requirements between colleges and enterprises.We should further improve the operating mechanism and the personnel training scheme of school-enterprise cooperation system design students＂ assessment.
