高等师范院校必须强化对学生的素质教育和能力培养,"口试"是考查学生综合素质的有效方法。本文从"口试"的考前准备和组织实施两个方面介绍了我们的具体做法和基本体会。

Normal universities must strengthen quality education and training on students' abilities. 'Oral test' is an effective method of checking students' comprehensive quality. This thesis introduces our concrete methods and elementary knowledge concerning the preparation and implementation of oral tests.
