人参皂苷Re对脾虚小鼠免疫功能及抗应激反应的影响

Effects of Ginsenoside Re on the Immune Function and Anti-stress Reaction of Mice with Spleen Deficiency

目的:观察人参皂苷Re对脾虚小鼠非特异性免疫及抗应激反应的影响。方法:建立番泻叶所致脾虚小鼠模型,观察人参皂苷Re对小鼠炭粒廓清功能、游泳能力及耐常压缺氧能力的影响。结果:人参皂苷Re高、中、低剂量组与模型对照组比较,脾虚小鼠炭粒廓清校正指数α值明显提高(P<0.05或P<0.01);脾虚小鼠给予40 mg/kg、80 mg/kg的人参皂苷Re后胸腺指数明显提高(P<0.05或P<0.01),且80 mg/kg的人参皂苷Re可明显提高脾指数(P<0.05)。结论:人参皂苷Re对脾虚小鼠免疫功能及抗应激反应均具有明显促进作用。

Objective： To investigate the effects of ginsenoside Re on the nonspecific immunity and anti-stress reaction oi mice with spleen deficiency. Methods： The model of spleen deficiency mice was induced by folium sennae. The carbon clearance function, swimming ability and oxygen deficient durable were observed after administrated with ginsenoside Re respectively. Results： Compared with model control group, ginsenoside Re high dose group, medium dose group and low dose group alpha value of the carbon clearance adjustment index of spleen deficiency mice were obviously increased （P〈0. 05 and P〈0. 01 ）. The thymus indexs were increased significantly in spleen deficiency mice after given 40 mg/kg and 80 mg/kg of ginsenoside Re （ P〈0. 05 and P〈0. 01 ）, and 80 mg/kg dose of ginsenoside Re can obviously improve the spleen index （ P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Ginsenoside Re could improve the nonspecific immunity and anti-stress reaction of mice.
