中西医结合治疗安眠药物中毒84例的临床观察

Eighty-four Cases of Clinical Observation of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine in Hypnotic Toxicosis

目的观察、总结安眠药物中毒的中西医结合临床治疗措施。方法采取回顾性调查法对我院2011年11月至2014年8月收治的84例安眠药中毒患者的临床资料进行调查分析。结果除常规西医治疗外,充分运用中医治疗,前期闭证予以开窍醒脑,后期脱证予以回阳固脱,84例患者中83例抢救成功,1例因重度中毒,年龄较大且就诊时间晚,呼吸衰竭而死亡。结论中西医结合治疗安眠药中毒,效果显著,治愈率高,值得在临床广泛推广运用。

Objective To observe and summarize the clinical treatments of integrated traditional and western medicine in hypnotic toxicosis. Methods A retrospective survey to investigate and analyze the clinical data of 84 cases of patients suf- fered from hypnotic toxicosis in our hospital from November 2011 to August 2014. Results In addition to conventional Western medicine treatments, we made full use of traditional Chinese medicine treatments such as use awakening consciousness and open- ing orifice against closure syndrome in prophase and restoring yang to rescue the patient from collapse against prostration;besides one patient died of respiratory failure due to severe poisoning, advanced age and delayed treatment, we successfully saved 83 cases of patients. Conclusion The clinical treatments of integrated traditional and western medicine in hypnotic toxicosis worth in widespread clinical use as a result of its significant effects and high cure rate.
