玉米须总皂苷的超声波提取及抑菌性研究 被引量:7

摘要 利用L9(34)正交设计优化超声波提取玉米须总皂苷的工艺条件,并对其抑菌活性进行研究。在单因素试验的基础上,选定乙醇体积分数、超声温度、超声时间及固液比进行正交试验。结果表明,乙醇体积分数为75%,超声温度为55℃,超声时间为40 min,固液比为1∶35,此条件下玉米须中总皂苷提取率为1.803%。玉米须中总皂苷对枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和白葡萄球菌有明显的抑制作用。 The extraction conditions of ultrasonic wave technology for total saponins from corn silk are opimized. Simultaneously, the antibacterial activities of total saponins extract are discussed. The optimum extraction conditions of total saponins by using orthogonal experiment based on mono-factor experiments (ethanol concentration, ultrasonic temperature, ultrasonic time, and solid-liquid ratio) are obtained as follows : ethanol concentration of 75%, ultrasonic temperature 55 ℃, ultrasonic time of 40 rain, and solid-liquid ratio is 1 : 35. The result indicat the yield of total saponins is 1.803% on the optimal extraction conditions. The total saponins extracted from corn silk has significant antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, Salmonella lignieres, and Staphylococcus white.
