摘要
以2-硝基-4-甲砜基甲苯为原料,过氧化碳酰胺为氧化剂以及自制催化剂,改进2-硝基-4-甲砜基苯甲酸的合成工艺。通过优化反应条件,产品收率达88.3%,纯度为98%。同时,尝试将反应废酸资源化利用,增加产物收率的同时出产石膏晶须。
In this paper, 2-nitro-4-methylsulfony toluene as raw material, sodium percarbonate as oxidizing agent, homemade catalyst to improve the oxidation synthesis method of 2-nitro-4-methylsulfony benzoic acid. By optimizing the reaction conditions, the yield and purity of 2-nitro-4-methylsulfony benzoic acid can reach to 88.3% and 98%. While simultaneously attempt the reaction waste acid utilization, increase the yield of production of gypsum whisker, as compared with conventional production methods have greater competitive advantage.
