我院住院药房麻醉药品使用情况分析

Analysis of the circumstance for the use of narcotic drugs in inpatient pharmacy of our hospital

目的 :分析我院2011年10月-2014年9月住院药房麻醉药品的临床使用情况及用药趋势,评价其合理性,为规范临床麻醉药品的使用提供参考。方法 :对我院住院药房使用的麻醉药品按照药名、规格、用量、总用药量和金额等指标进行统计,计算各类药物的用药频度(DDDs)并进行排序,分析使用情况。结果 :麻醉药品DDDs排序,芬太尼注射液、芬太尼贴剂、羟考酮缓释片和注射用瑞芬太尼排列前4位。结论 :我院麻醉药品用药结构基本合理。作为止痛治疗标准用药吗啡的用量还较低,仍需加强宣传培训。

Objective： To analyze the situation and trend of the use of narcotics in the inpatient pharmacy of our hospital and evaluate their rationality so as to provide a reference for clinical rational use of narcotic drugs. Methods： The use of narcotic drugs in inpatient pharmacy of our hospital during October, 2011- September, 2014 were statistically analyzed in respect of drug name, specification, dosage, consumption sum, and quantity and DDDs. Results： Fentanyl injection, fentanyl transdermal patches, oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets and remifentanil for injection were ranked the top 4. Conclusion： The application of narcotic drugs in inpatient pharmacy of our hospital is basically reasonable. However, the dosage use level of morphine as the standard medication for pain relief is relatively low, to which the propaganda and training should be strengthened.
