石氏温经强腰汤结合手法治疗寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症181例

Treatment of 181 Cases of Lumbar Intervertebral Herniation of Cold-dampness Obstruction by Shi's “Wenjing Qiangyao Decoction”Combined with Manual Therapy

目的:观察石氏温经强腰汤结合手法治疗寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:181例患者给予石氏温经强腰汤结合手法治疗,疗程4周。观察治疗前后JOA下腰痛评分和中医证候积分变化情况。结果:治疗2周和4周时JOA下腰痛评分和中医证候评分均较治疗前增加(P<0.05),且治疗4周时明显优于2周(P<0.05)。结论:石氏温经强腰汤结合手法治疗寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效良好。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Shi＇ s ＂Wenjing Qiangyao Decoction＂ combined with manual therapy in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral hemiation of cold-dampness obstruction. Methods： One hundred and eightyone cases were treated by Shi＇ s ＂Wenjing Qiangyao Decoction＂ combined with manual therapy for 4 weeks ; the JOA scale and syndrome scores were evaluated before and after treatment. Results： With 2-week treatment, the JOA scale and syndrome scores were increased respectively than before treatment（ P 〈0.05 ）, and those after 4-week treatment were higher than those after 2-week treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Shi＇s ＂Wenjing Qiaugyao Decoction＂ combined with manual therapy is quite effective against lumbar intervertebral herniation of cold-dampness obstruction.
