鹿红颗粒治疗冠心病合并心力衰竭D期(阳虚血瘀型)的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of “Luhong Granule”in Treating Coronary Artery Disease with Heart Failure at Stage D

目的:观察鹿红颗粒结合西医常规疗法治疗冠心病合并心力衰竭D期(阳虚血瘀型)患者的临床疗效。方法:纳入冠心病合并心力衰竭D期(阳虚血瘀型)患者51例,将患者随机分为治疗组25例和对照组26例。所有患者均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组患者加用鹿红颗粒口服治疗,疗程为3个月。评价患者的中医证候积分、心力衰竭Lee氏积分、《明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量问卷》评分,检测患者的脑钠肽前体(pro BNP)水平,同时比较两组患者的左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末容积(LVDD)和室间隔厚度。结果:治疗后,两组患者的中医证候积分、心力衰竭Lee氏积分、《明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量问卷》评分均显著降低(P<0.01),且治疗组患者的中医证候积分、《明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量问卷》评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组患者的pro BNP水平显著降低(P<0.01),LVEF显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:鹿红颗粒结合西医常规疗法治疗冠心病合并心力衰竭D期患者,能够更好地改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of ＂ Luhong Granule＂ combined with conventional western medical therapy in treating coronary artery disease with heart failure at stage D. Methods： Fifty-one patients with coronary artery disease and heart failure at stage D of yang-deficiency and blood-stagnation type were selected and randomized into treatment group （25 cases） and control group （26 cases）. All the patients were treated by conventional western medical therapy and the patients in the treatment group were added with ＂Luhong Granule＂, with a course of 3 months. The Chinese medical syndrome scores, Lee＇ s heart failure scores and Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire （MLHFQ） scores were evaluated, the level of proBNP was tested, and. the left Ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） left ventricular diastolic dimension （LVDD） and thickness of interventricular septum were detected. Results： After treatment, the Chinese medical syndrome scores, Lee＇ s heart failure scores and MLHFQ scores of both groups were markedly decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and the Chinese medical syndrome scores and MLHFQ scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment, the level of proBNP of both groups was decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ） , and the LVEF was increased （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： ＂Luhong Granule＂ combined with conventional western medical therapy can relieve the clinical symptoms and enhance the quality of life in treating patients with coronary artery disease and heart failure at stage D.
