摘要 设计了一种基于差速行星轮机构的阀门顺序启闭装置的阀门,通过采用锥阀和球阀双重密封,同时利用差速行星轮机构两边输出能够转换的特点与圆弧锁止器相结合,从而实现球阀和锥阀的相关顺序动作,在结构上保证了"开启时,锥阀先开启球阀后开启;关闭时,球阀先关闭锥阀后关闭"的顺序动作,从而保证锥阀避免高压的冲蚀,提高了阀门的使用寿命、可靠性以及控制的精确性。 The valves are important components of the pressure piping systems .The leakage ,internal leakage are common phe-nomenon of valves .In order to solve this problem ,a opening and closing device of the valve is designed based on the differential planetary gear ,by adopting double sealing which including cone valve and ball valve ,at the same time taking advantage of the on both sides of the output transform characteristics use of differential planetary gear combined with arc locking device ,in order to a-chieve the relevant sequence of actions with ball and cone valve ,on the structure to ensure that “when opened ,first the cone valve is opened ,then the ball valve is opened;when closed ,first the ball valve is closed ,then the cone valve is closed”.So as to avoid the erosion of high pressure for cone valve ,and improve the service life of the valve ,reliability and accuracy of control .
