摘要 利用微种植体作为支抗装置进行正畸和矫形治疗是一种高效、理想的方法。微种植体支抗的应用使临床可矫治的范围大大增加。根据植入部位和局部骨组织的质量,适当选择微种植体的尺寸与植入角度和植入方式对建立足够的初期稳定性至关重要。许多学者对微种植体支抗的初期稳定性进行了临床及试验研究。该文就影响微种植体支抗初期稳定性的因素进行综述。 The use of mini-implants anchorage for the orthodontic and orthopedic treatment is an effec-tive and ideal method.It enlarges the treatment scope in clinic for its stability and efficiency .According to the implantation site and the quality of local bone tissue,it is essential to select the appropriate size of the mini-implants,implantation angle and implantation method for establishing adequate initial stability .Considerable researches have been done to investigate the initial stability of orthodontic mini-implants.Here is to make a review of the influencing factors of the primary stability of orthodontic mini-implants.
