摘要 胰岛β细胞功能受损是2型糖尿病发病的重要基础。多项研究发现提示,Wnt/β联蛋白经典信号通路通过直接或者与胰高血糖素样肽1、炎症通路等相互作用的方式对胰岛β细胞的新生、增殖及其功能发挥重要的调控作用,且可能介导了外周组织与β细胞的对话机制。对该通路及其调节分子在胰岛β细胞中的作用机制的深入探讨有助于为2型糖尿病的治疗提供新的思路和方向。 Islet βcell dysfunction is the fundamental factor in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes.Multi-ple researches have implicated that the canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway may have significant effect on islet βcell neogenesis, proliferation and its function by direct or indirect interaction with glucagon-like peptide or inflammatory pathway.Also this pathway might possibly mediate the cross-talk betweenβcell and peripheral tissues.The in-depth research on canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and its modula-tors′effect on the function of islet βcells can provide new directions for type 2 diabetes therapy.
