贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病患者的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Benazepril combined with Atorvastatin Calcium in Treating Hypertension Complicated by Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨贝那普利联合阿伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效。方法选取2012年4月至2013年4月青龙满族自治县医院确诊并收治的高血压合并冠心病患者70例,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组采用贝那普利进行治疗,每日2.5-10 mg口服,每日最高剂量不超过40 mg;观察组采用贝那普利联合阿伐他汀钙片治疗,贝那普利用法同对照组,阿托伐他汀钙片每日10 mg口服,每日不超过80 mg。3个月为1个疗程。记录两组患者不同时间血压变化,心绞痛和心肌梗死发生状况以及临床疗效。结果治疗后4周、8周、疗程结束后,两组患者的收缩压/舒张压均呈下降趋势,且观察组对应时点下降幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗前后两组患者心绞痛和心肌梗死发病率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组总有效率高于对照组[91.4%（32/35）比65.7%（23/35）],差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病疗效确切,效果显著,有助于患者病情缓解。

Objective To investigate therapeutic effect of benazepril combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment for hypertension complicated by coronary heart disease .Methods A total of 70 patients diagnosed as hypertension complicated by coronary heart disease in Qinglong Man Autonomous County Hospital from Apr.2012 to Apr.2013 were divided into observation group and control group by random num-ber table,with 35 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with benazepril,daily 2.5-10 mg,oral medication,the daily maximum dose should not exceed 40 mg.While patients in observation group received benazepril combined with atorvastatin calcium therapy , dosage of benazepril was the same as the control group,and the usual starting dose of atorvastatin calcium tablets was 1 time and 10 mg daily, oral medication,the daily maximum dose should not exceed 80 mg.One treatment course was 3 months.Changes of blood pressure,incidence of angina pectoris and myocardial infarction,as well as the clinical efficacy at different time points of two groups were recorded.Results After treatment of 4 weeks,8 weeks,and at the end of treatment, the systolic/diastolic blood pressures of both groups were decreased, and the decrease degrees at corresponding time point of the observation group were more than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There were no statistically significant differencs of the incidences of angina pectoris and myocardial infarction between before and after trentment（P〈0.05）.Total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group [91.4% （32/35） vs 65.7% （23/35）], the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of benazepril com-bined with atorvastatin calcium tablet in treating hypertension complicated by coronary heart disease is defi-nite and remarkable,it can help the patients to alleviate the condition of illness.
