增殖抑制基因HSG和抑癌基因p16在膀胱癌中的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨增殖抑制基因HSG和抑癌基因p16在膀胱癌中的表达及意义。方法应用原位杂交法检测65例膀胱癌组织标本HSG mRNA和p16 mRNA的表达情况,其病理分期:Ⅰ级29例、Ⅱ级25例、Ⅲ级8例、Ⅳ级3例,另选正常膀胱组织、良性膀胱肿瘤组织各15例标本作为对照。结果 HSG mRNA在65例膀胱癌组织中的阳性表达率为69.23%,正常及良性膀胱肿瘤组织HSG mRNA表达与膀胱癌组织比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),膀胱癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ~Ⅳ级组织HSG mRNA的阳性表达率分别为79.31%、72.00%、36.36%,膀胱癌HSG mRNA的表达与肿瘤分化程度和病理分期有关;32.31%膀胱癌细胞内有p16 mRNA的阳性表达,p16 mRNA在正常和良性膀胱肿瘤组织中的阳性表达率明显高于膀胱癌组织,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),随肿瘤分级的增加,p16 mRNA的阳性表达率显著降低,失表达率显著升高(P〈0.05)。结论 HSG和p16表达可能成为判断膀胱癌生物学行为的重要指标之一。
