RWD结构小泛素化增强子及小泛素化分子-1在侵袭性垂体腺瘤中的表达及意义

摘要 目的研究RWD结构小泛素化增强子(RSUME)、小泛素化分子-1(SUMO-1)及缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)在侵袭性垂体腺瘤中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化、Western blot、RT-PCR检测33例非侵袭性垂体腺瘤、27例侵袭性垂体腺瘤以及9例正常垂体组织中RSUME、SUMO-1、HIF-1α在蛋白质和mRNA两个水平上的表达,并进行比较。结果侵袭性垂体腺瘤中RSUME、SUMO-1、HIF-1α蛋白、mRNA明显高于非侵袭性垂体腺瘤及正常垂体组织(P<0.05);非侵袭垂体腺瘤中RSUME、SUMO-1、HIF-1α蛋白、mRNA均高于正常垂体组织(P<0.05),SUMO-1与HIF-1α呈正相关(r=0.881,P<0.05)。结论侵袭性垂体腺瘤中RSUME、SUMO-1、HIF-1α的表达明显升高,可能促进垂体腺瘤血管的新生及肿瘤的侵袭。
