茅苍术晒干品、烘制品及麸制品苍术素含量比较 被引量:2

摘要 探讨茅苍术(Rhizoma Areactylodis Lanceae)晒干品、烘制品及麸制品苍术素含量变化情况,旨在为茅苍术炮制提供质量依据。将茅苍术生品分别进行晒干、烘制和麸制,并用HPLC法分别测定晒干品、烘制品和麸制品的苍术素含量。结果表明,苍术素含量为晒干品0.433%、烘制品0.363%、麸制品0.296%。苍术素含量晒干品﹥烘制品﹥麸制品,均超过2010版中华人民共和国药典标准。 The atractylodin content changes of dried products, baking products and bran products from atractylodes lancea was investigated to provide basis for the processing atractylodes lancea. Atractylodis raw product was dried in the sun, baked and stir-fried with wheat-skin. Then the content of atraetylodin was compared by HPLC method. The results showed atraetylodin the dried product was 0.433%, in baked products were 0.363%, in bran products was 0.296%. The order of atractylodin content was dried products 〉 baked products 〉 bran products, which were all accordance with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 Edition standard.
