摘要 利用液压系统设计了一种免剥衣式椰汁自动提取机。结果表明,该自动提取机能极大地提高剥衣提取椰汁的效率,节约了时间,实现了高度的自动化并减少了椰汁的浪费,这既可满足工厂大量生产的需求,亦方便个人少量随时提取,改变了目前国内对椰子(Cocos nucifera L.)先剥衣再手工开孔提取椰汁的低效率局面,具有极大的应用前景。 A non-stripping type of coconut water automatically extractor based on the hydraulic system was designed. The results showed that the design could greatly improve the stripping clothes, and get juice efficiency, saving time, to achieve a high degree of automation and reducing waste coconut water. The design can meet the needs of the factory mass production, but also a small amount of personal convenience at any time, and change the current domestic first stripping clothes coconut and then manually cut inefficient situation, and has great application prospects.
