湖北省农机使用满意度实证分析

Empirical Analysis on Satisfaction of the Use of Agriculture Machinery in Hubei Province

按照李克特五级量表法设计满意度调查问卷,采用分层抽样和等距抽样的方法对1 200个农机户进行入户访谈,运用主成分分析法及满意度线性回归模型对采集的信息进行分析,发现湖北省农机用户的农机使用满意度一般。最后根据农机使用满意度现状,从政府、农机制造和农机户自身三个层面提出了提升满意度的对策建议。

According to the five scale method of LiKert design the questionnaire of satisfaction,used the method of stratified sampling and systematic sampling interview more than 1 200 agricultural households to collected the information,used the method of principal component analysis and linear regression model to analysised the satisfaction,and it was concluded that the Satisfaction level was general in Hubei Province.Finally,according to the current situation,put forward the countermeasures on the aspects of the government,agricultural machinery manufacturing and agricultural households to enhance the level of satisfaction.
