USB3.0电缆结构设计及关键工艺的改进

摘要 从不同规格和结构中选取适合的导体材料、绝缘体、屏蔽层、护层材料及合适的厚度,选择合适的绞合方式、节距以及成缆方式,由此确定新型USB3.0电缆的结构。改进后的电缆通过了严格的测试,在保证数据按USB3.0规范正常传送的前提下,电缆线使用长度得到了延展,并提高了电缆的柔软性。 Materials and suitable thickness for conductor ,insulation ,screen and sheath were select‐ed ,meanwhile the way and pitch of conductor stranding and assembly of the cores were also choosed ac‐cording to different sizes and structures .Then the structure of new USB3.0 cable was determined .The improved cable was tested and the result showed that the related data were able to be transmitted nor‐mally according to USB3.0 specification ,the effective length of the signal transmission was extended and the flexibility of cable was also improved .
