媒介融合下政府在中原文化传播中的职能转变

Study on the Change of Government Functions in the Central Plains Culture's Dissemination Under the Backgroud of the Media Convergence

媒介融合时代颠覆了传统媒体传播的格局,政府逐渐丧失文化传播的主导者地位,而兼有传播者、受众和监管者三重身份。在建设服务型政府的当下,政府应该转变观念,积极应对媒介技术发展带来的挑战,更好地为文化传播服务。为实现这一目标,政府应从发挥政府在文化传播中的价值引领功能,推动常态化的政民互动机制,强化政府在技术革新和人才培养中的作用等维度助推"四个河南"建设,提升河南文化软实力。

Media convergence overturns the traditional media ,？the government losing dominant po‐sition of cultural transmission ,？instead of both three identities including disseminator ,audience and regulators .Based on the realistic background of strengthening？the＂Four Henan＂and＂Inheritance in‐novation huaxia civilization area＂ construction , the research of the central plains culture propagation mode innovation ,in the construction of a service-oriented government ,the government should change ideas ,actively cope with the challenges of media technology development ,better service for culture com‐munication .To achieve this goal ,the government should focus on the leading function in froming the value of the government in the field of cultural communication ,promoting political people of normalized interactive mechanism ,strengthening the role of government in technical innovation and talent training to booster ＂four henan＂construction and improve henan cultural soft power .
