摘要
目的:优化九香虫脂肪油的提取工艺。方法:采用超临界CO2流体萃取技术,考察萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间对九香虫脂肪油得率的影响,确定最佳萃取工艺。结果:超临界CO2萃取中药九香虫脂肪油的最佳工艺条件为:温度45℃,压力30 MPa,静态萃取10 min,动态萃取1 h。在此条件下中药九香虫脂肪油的得率为39.44%。结论:优化得到的工艺合理可行,适合九香虫脂肪油的提取。
Objective:To optimize supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technology of aspongopus fatty oil. Methods:The in-fluences of extraction pressure,extraction temperature and extraction time on yield of aspongopus fatty oil were studied through orthogonal experiment design. Results:Optimum technology conditions were as follows:temperature was at 45 ℃and pressure was 30 MPa. Static extraction time was 10 min and dynamic extraction time was 1 h. Under these condi-tions,the yield of aspongopus fatty oil was 39.44%. Conclusion:The process is reasonable and feasible and suitable for extraction of aspongopus fatty oil.
