2012—2014年绥芬河市牙科诊所消毒效果监测结果分析

Analysis of Monitoring Results of Disinfection Eeffect of 2012 to 2014 Suifenhe City Dental Clinic

目的分析2012—2014年绥芬河市牙科诊所消毒效果监测结果。方法根据国家卫生部颁布的《消毒技术规范》与《医院消毒卫生标准》及《消毒与灭菌效果和评价标准》对绥芬河市牙科诊所2012—2014年消毒效果监测结果进行统计分析。结果 2012、2013、2014年灭菌器械合格率、空气合格率、使用中消毒液合格率及物体表面合格率逐年上升,其中2014年前述指标合格率皆显著优于2012年(P<0.05)。结论加强牙科诊所医护人员消毒知识培训与考核,加强消毒管理,定期做好消毒效果监测,可有效提高消毒合格率,值得重视。

Objective To analyze the monitoring results of disinfection effect in 2012 to 2014 year Suifenhe City Dental clinic. Methods According to the Ministry of health promulgated the ＂technical standard for disinfection＂ and ＂standard of disinfection in hospitals＂ and ＂disinfection and sterilization effect and evaluation standard＂ to the Suifenhe City Dental Clinic in 2012 -2014 disinfection monitoring data statistical analysis. Results In 2012, 2013, 2014, the qualified rate of the air sterilization equipment, qualified rate of object surface, qualified rate and qualified rate is rising year by year of disinfectant in use, which in 2014 the index qualified rate are significantly better than in 2012 （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Strengthening the dental clinic disinfection knowledge training and assessment, strengthening the management of disinfection, do regular monitoring of disinfection effect, can effectively improve the qualified rate of disinfection, worthy of attention.
