基层医疗机构消毒灭菌效果监测与分析

Monitoring and Analysis of Disinfection and Sterilization of Medical Institutions at the Grassroots

目的评价基层医疗机构消毒灭菌效果,有效防控和降低医院感染。方法对2014年长阳县426家医疗机构的空气、医护人员的手、物体表面及使用的消毒液、灭菌物品及高压蒸汽灭菌效果进行监测与调查。结果基层医院消毒灭菌效果各不相同,县级医院、个体诊所、村卫生室及乡镇医院分别91.96%、91.00%、84.62%及91.67%,医护人员手病原菌的监测合格率分别为89.47%、85.83%、78.95%及87.14%;灭菌物品及高压蒸汽灭菌消毒效果较佳。结论基层医疗机构应重视消毒灭菌工作管理,促进消毒工作制度化、完善化,以预防医院感染。

Objective To evaluate the effect of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions at the grassroots, effective control and reduce hospital infection. Methods Monitoring and investigation method of air, medical staff in 426 medical institutions in Changyang County in 2014, the hand of the object surface and the use of disinfection, sterilization items and high-pressure steam sterilization. Results Disinfection and sterilization effect in primary hospital each are not identical, county hospital, private clinics, village clinics and township hospitals are respectively 91.96%, 91%, 84.62% and 91.67%, monitoring of pathogens bacteria hand medical personnel qualified rate respectively is 89.47%, 85.83%, 78.95% and 87.14%; sterilization items and effect of high-pressure steam sterilization and disinfection is better. Conclusion The basic medical and health institutions should attach great importance to the management of disinfection and sterilization, disinfection work of promoting system, perfect, in order to prevent hospital infection.
