摘要
目的了解天然气净化车间设备噪声污染特性。方法对两车间5套联合装置设备噪声和频谱对比分析。结果 47台(39.17%)没备噪声超过85dB(A),Claus风机噪声均值和峰值均最高;不同种、不同联合、不同车间设备在各频段出现峰值台数差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);87.23%(41/47)设备噪声高于频谱峰值,12.77%(6/47胝于频谱峰值。结论噪声治理首选Claus风机;倍频程不足以描述该噪声频谱峰值和宽度,建议日后频谱分析采用1/2或1/3倍频程。
Objective Understanding of natural gas purification workshop equipment noise pollution characteristics.Methods 5 sets of two workshop joint devices and noise spectrum analysis.Results 47 (39.17%) of the equipment noise more than 85 db (A), Claus fan noise mean and peak are the highest; Different species, different joint and workshop equipment in each spectrum peak number difference was statistically significant (X^2=30.84, X^2=26.28, X^2=18.17, P〈0.01 ) ;Noise spectrum peak above 87.23% (41/47) equipment, 12.77% (6/47) below the spectrum peak.Conclusion Noise control preferred Claus fan; Octave and width is not enough to describe the noise spectrum peak, suggest using 1/2 or 1/3 octave spectrum analysis in the future.
