摘要 目的 探讨低年资护士规范化培训的实践与效果。方法 对入职0-5年的98名低年资护士于2013年3月份实施规范化培训,护理部每3个月对理论考试与技能考核成绩进行归总分析和对比;并自拟医生和患者对护理工作满意度调查表,每3个月进行一次问卷调查。结果 实施规范化培训后,理论考试与技能考核成绩呈阶段性提高,医生和患者对护理工作满意度明显提高。结论 实施低年资护士规范化培训提高了护士的综合素质、专业知识和技术操作能力,提高了医生和患者对护理工作的满意度,达到了为患者提供安全、优质、满意护理服务的目的。 Objective to study the practice and effect of low qualification nurses standardization training. Methods induction of 0 to 5 years, 98 low qualification nurses in March 20t3 the implementation of standardized training, nursing department every 3 months to exam to the theory and skills examination grade catch-all category analysis and comparison; And from doctors and patients to nursing job satisfaction questionnaire, every three months to conduct a questionnaire survey. Results after the implementation of standardized training, theory and skill examination test periodically, doctors and patients to nursing job satisfaction has improved significantly. Conclusion low qualification nurses standardization training, improve the comprehensive quality of nurses, professional knowledge and technical skills, improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients to nursing work, to provide patients with the purpose of safety, high quality and satisfaction of nursing service.
